LODGING TIPS & TRICKS

Don't forget to fill out the registration form in addition to reserving your lodging. This helps us make sure we have enough volunteers and staff to help you enjoy your visit.

FASTER CHECK IN: You have the option to pre-pay for your lodging with a credit card. When you arrive at camp there will be a "fast track line" for those who have pre-paid.

No Paypal account is required to prepay...if you're pre-paying and don't want to use Paypal, select the Paypal option, then choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option below the paypal sign-in when it appears.

Use the search bar at the top of the Lodging Registration page to find all options that are available for your dates and family or group size.

If a certain lodging type doesn't appear in your search, that type is likely unavailable.

Monday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, and Friday are busy days for checking in. Be prepared for a longer line.

Pets are ONLY allowed in the Hillcrest RV Park area. They must be well behaved and remain on a leash.

Steps to Reserve Lodging

Review all of the lodging options on the lodging options page and see where each type is located on this map.
Click on the Registration link at the top of this page if you've not already done that. When you've completed the camp registration form, there is an option to reserve lodging or you can click the button below.
At the top of the lodging reservation page you can enter your reservation details and search for options that are still available. You can also click on the "more info" button on any type of room to see more details and make a reservation.
Continue to "checkout" where you can use a credit card to pre-pay or choose to pay later. Select the Paypal option, then "Pay with debit or Credit Card". Select "Offline Payment" to pay when you arrive at camp.
